Does not show minus on display

And it should be one app that ca toggle back and forth between C and F. Also, temp on icon often does not update promptly unless I open app. Very difficult to reset city for icon display (ok, havent figured out how even after reading Help - drill owed instructions but it didnt work. Positive feedback - when you open app it has everything Im looking for, such as sunrise and sunset and shows hourly (every two hours?, something like that) for the day. But I bought it for the icon display and that was VERY disappointing.
